歐盟擬定「半導體聯盟」邀半導體巨頭至當地設廠

根據報導，全球爆發晶片荒，歐盟（EU）擬建立半導體聯盟，以降低對國外晶片製造商的依賴。歐盟內部市場專員布雷頓（Thierry Breton）與台積電（TSMC）、英特爾（Intel）進行討論。

美敲定對北韓以「無核化」為主要外交手段

美國總統拜登就職100天以後，終於完成對北韓（朝鮮）戰略與政策的全面性檢討！白宮發言人莎琪（Jennifer Psaki）對採訪記者證實該項消息，表示具體戰略目標維持不變，最主要還是達成北韓「無核化」，不過方法既不承襲歐巴馬、也不承襲川普，而是採折衷路線，坦承歐巴馬與川普在北韓的外交政策最後面臨失敗。
